Find IP Address of a Website in Terminal

Here’s the magic word: nslookup

And here’s how to use it:

jasonG5:~ jason$ nslookup www.bohemianalps.com

after pressing ‘enter’ you will get feedback like this:

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: www.bohemianalps.com
Address: 12.34.56.78
